The first module focuses on after-sales and preventive maintenance: automating PM alerts, spare parts outreach, and service scheduling on top of the machine database Eurostar already has. No new software to learn. The after-sales team recovers 15–20 hours per week from day one.
Eurostar has 200+ installed machines across Mexico and LatAm — all tracked manually in Excel by one person. There are no automated alerts when a machine approaches its 8,000 or 16,000-hour PM threshold. Follow-ups happen when someone remembers, not when the machine needs it.

This is what we need from you before we can begin. Everything else is on us.
The Excel file with installed machines, their hours, PM thresholds, and any service history you have. This is the foundation everything is built on. We do not need it to be clean — we handle that.
A short screen recording (Loom works well) or a live session showing how you track PM thresholds, how follow-ups get triggered, and what happens when a client calls in with a maintenance request. 20–30 minutes is enough.
Session 1: We map the process together and you tell us what a correct PM outreach looks like versus what gets ignored. Session 2: We demo the first version on real Eurostar machines and refine based on your feedback.
