Here is what this is about.

Ferdinando is working with AdapttoAI to stop leaving recurring revenue on the table. The first module focuses on after-sales and preventive maintenance: automating PM alerts, spare parts outreach, and service scheduling on top of the machine database Eurostar already has. No new software to learn. The after-sales team recovers 15–20 hours per week from day one.

What we need from you to move forward
  • Access to the machine database — the Excel file with installed machines, hours, and PM history
  • A walkthrough of how you manage follow-ups today — how you track PM thresholds and what happens when a client calls
  • Two working sessions of 1 hour each — one to map the current process, one to validate the first version

Eurostar has 200+ installed machines across Mexico and LatAm — all tracked manually in Excel by one person. There are no automated alerts when a machine approaches its 8,000 or 16,000-hour PM threshold. Follow-ups happen when someone remembers, not when the machine needs it.

PM contracts slip. Spare parts revenue goes uncaptured. Clients only call when something breaks. This is recurring revenue Eurostar has already earned — it is just not being collected.
